Default One Headlight doesn't work?

I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX.

I'll start with what I have. I have a Xentec HID kit installed with a relay harness installed. Headlight housing is stock.. wiring.. everything stock except the bulbs and relay harness. One day my mom took my car to WALMART!!! to get my oil changed (I know I could have done it myself but mom took it out 1st). Later that night when I drove I noticed my headlights wern't working. I went home and slept till next morning to check things out. I reinstalled the HID kit and relay harness and same thing. What could be wrong? I installed the kit without the relay harness and noticed my left headlight worked but not the right. So I decided to get my stock halogen bulbs and install it into my right headlight. Nothing. So I know why both headlights didn't work with the relay harness because when you use one.. you only use one wire harness to power up both headlights with power from the battery. I'm guessing my right headlight harness fried? What could have Walmart done to eff up my headlights? Can someone confirm if my harness is probably fried or any other assumptions? And if we find out what happend, any solutions? I really don't like driving at night with one headlight with the risk of getting pulled over. Please help and Thanks for whoever replies! (:

Check the fuses of course. There are separate fuses for left and right under the dash.

Use a test light or multimeter to check for voltage at both top tabs of the installed fuse. Click the Test Fuses link in my signature.

Well since I don't know which fuse is my headlight one (which I will find out later in the user manual), I used a meter to see if electricity was going through the harness that plugs into the bulb.. and it seems there is no current going through to it.
