Hey Guys I have a 2007 Civic Coupe and the passenger side won't work.

I bought this from a friend about two years ago with unknown brand HID kit installed. About 3 months ago my alternator failed and I needed to get it replaced. Since there, the passenger side low beam intermittently worked and in the last month rarely works. High beams are ok on both sides
I tried:
Replacing the bulb - still rarely works
Checking the fuses - they look ok, swapped L+R low beam fuses and no change


Is there any way to check whether the relay to the passenger side is working?
Any other suggestions before I'm forced take it in?
