I went to go get my 93 civic inspected today only reason it didnt pass is because the passenger side low beam not working. I went to my parts store got a new bulb still not working. I was like wtf. The low beam on the drivers side is working and both high beams are working. Anyone know whats causing this. By looking at the wires they look good.

 

Try the new bulb in the other side to be sure that it works. Check that the bulb socket is not corroded or melted. There are 4 headlight fuses under the dash, one for each beam (left high, left low, etc.)

 

thanks i didnt relize there were 4 fuses for the headlight. A fuse diagram i saw only showed 2. But it was a fuse it was missing.
