Default One working brake light?

Hey guys im new to this site so bare with me on this. I have a 2001 Civic coupe ex. I have replaced both rear tail lights now and they are still not working. The turn signal will work just fine and the brake light does not on either side. I thought it might be a fuse but the fuse is fine and I also checked the brake switch on the pedal and i noticed there were 4 wires. I know one contains a always positive 12 volts and when the pedal is depressed two wires hold a 12 volts but what are the other two wires for? the brake light in the spoiler works just fine, its just the two on either side of the trunk that does not work... thank you so much for all your help!!!

The green and the blue wire are for cruise control.

Is the Wht/Blk wire broken at the right and left brake light sockets? Are the black ground wires broken?
