Ok, I am looking for some serious opions about a small problem I have:
I have a 95 civic with a D16z6. I have some small engine upgrades. I also have a B18b1 sitting in my garage in peices. I have some mild upgrades going into the B18. Due to a new house purchase the Honda fund is about dried up. Now, my problem is what to do. Do I use the rest of my funds to finish the B18 or do I forgo the B18 project and turbo the D16.

D16:
the usual bolt ons, header, short ram intake, MSD ignition controler, 75 dry shot, compression 10.5:1."high flow racing" cat. etc.

B18:
Stage 2 racing cams, double helix springs, stainless retainers, cast aluminum intake manifold, adjustable cam gears, autoand 5-speed trannies.

Any serious advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
