no over heating...just had timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and head gasket replaced. spent over 6g tryin to find the issue at 2 diff shops. one in dallas and one in okc. did the running with a cap off thing. issue still remains. does not overheat, brand new skunk2 rad with tight cap. overflow starts boiling or bubbling and pressure builds up so much the cap cracks or warps and coolant goes everywhere. 95 civic coupe with boosted 2001 gsr....any advice appreciated

 

Did you do a proper bleed when refilling with coolant? Could be air trapped in there.

Silly question but, you sure you have correct type radiator cap on there?
