Default overheating problems

first things first my name tim i live in houston texas, and i drive a 94 honda civic coupe EX 1.6 SOHC 5SPD

the problem i am having is the antifreeze is flowing out of overflow tank.

things i have checked and changed out allready.

water pump and timing belt kit 2 years ago

all hoses radiator and heater

new fan motor couple years ago

radiator and cap and thermastat a couple of days ago

things i have checked out

pressure tested

block test

fan comes on

passenger side floor board is dry

heater blows hot air

bleed system

ran with radiator cap funnel for 45min to get bubbles out, evan after that amount of time would still have a bubble here there

the car as never gotten to the red and can run all day but after driving for a day or two will start to overheat because the coolant is overflowing out of the resivoir

any help is greatly appreciated

If you start the vehicle (COLD) with the radiator cap off does it blow coolant out?

Does the car miss / run bad?

Only car I ever had to blow coolant out (cold) NEVER TAKE THE CAP OFF WHEN HOT) had a blown head gasket.

White sweet smelling smoke from exhaust?

Car runs perfectly. No miss still gets over 30 mpg and has 241000 miles on the odometer. I am not sure if it will blow the coolant out when starting cold and I will have to smell the tail pipe and check for the sweet smell

start the car, take the cap off and just give the engine a little rev and look for exhaust vapor and the anti freeze to blow out of the radiator if so blown head gasket, and also when you first crank it up you can smell sweet smell from exhaust pipe, i just did a head gasket job on my wifes civic in 4 hrs.

also have you checked the thermostat? if its stuck it will cause the coolant to blow out.

Exhaust smells normal doesn't bubble out when you give it gas. Decided to replace the thermostat again, and so far so good. Hasn't gotten over half way yet. I feel like an idiot now! All my mechanic friends were telling me the thermostat was working the way it is supposed to because it never would get hot unless it was low on coolant
