Default P0171 - causes and fixes?

All,

Hi, new to the civic forum, but familiar with forums from my C6 and my CRV. question on my 2007 civic throwing a P0171 code. what are the most likely causes in order of likelihood. what i have seen is:

- MAF sensor needs to be cleaned
- dirty fuel injectors
- O2 sensor needs to be replaced
- vacuum leak
- are there others?

which is most likely. the car has 71,000 miles

thanks,

jim

Try give it a tune up and clean the throttle, fast idle screw, etc.. then see what happen, I don't think it O2.
