Default p1361 and p1362 HELP

My gf's car is throwing 3 codes. They are p1361, p1362 and p1298. The car runs fine cold, but as soon as it gets hot or is in hot weather, it runs like dog ****. I've been doing a little research and have found that this is a somewhat common problem. From what i've found, the cam sensor, ecu, or crank sensor are more than likely the problem. I've also read that the 01-05 civics have ****ty heads or that sometimes the cam will wear and have play after a while. I just couldn't find any hard evidence for a fix or what the problem actually is. Anyone got any ideas? The car is a 02 civic dx with the 1.7 non vtec with about 91k on it. I figure if its the sensor ill get the timing belt and sensor changed at the same time.

You don't have to remove the crank pulley to replace the TDC sensor:
