Default Parts for cruise control and Horn

Sorry I"m not sure where to post this but I need to find these 2 things...

I've got a 94 honda civic SI hatchback and the cruise control piece that goes on the steering wheel is missing as well as the cables/harness for the horn...I have no horn...lol

I live in LA so I almost get killed two or three times a week by dumb drivers and I'm finding it difficult to go around with out my horn lol...

If anyone knows a good website to find stuff like this, or junk yards around the La area please let me know =)

Thank you
