passenger side of engine noise

Default passenger side of engine noise

ok I am getting a squealing noise from my 91 honda civic on the passenger side of engine by the dissipator cap i am at a loss. Help

About the only moving part there is the distributor itself, it has a bearing that can go bad. Remove cap, remove from the engine (mark the timing first and also note the position of the rotor so you can be sure to reinstall in time) and turn the distributor rotor and shaft by hand. It should be quiet and have no wobble.
