Passenger Window Problem..
Check whether fuse 10 is blown. If fine, pull off the door panel and check whether the connector to the passenger window motor gets battery power when the switch is turned to ON. To verify problem, run power directly to the motor and show that it does not run. If so, replace the motor.

Find the window motor. There should be a two wire plug connected to it. Push the probes of your voltmeter into the back of the plug (one on each wire) so it touches the metal pins inside. Turn the key on and push the window button. See if you have 12 volts.
If you have voltage, the motor is likely bad, unless the window is jammed. Turn the lights on (engine not running) and push the button again. If the lights don't dim at all, the motor is flowing no current and is defintely bad.
If you don't get voltage to the motor when pushing the button, could be the fuse, button, window controller, or wiring. The wires are prone to break where they flex every time the door is opened.
