Default Passive Antitheft device?

I just bought a 2008 Civic EX with a manual transmission. My insurance company is asking me if it has a "Passive Antitheft device". How can I tell if it does?

im pretty sure your vehicle is, its called an immobilzer, its a chip in the key that if the chip is not present during the "starting process " the immbolizer will not allow the ecu to run the vehicle.
