Default pcv question

i just noticed today my 93 cx doesnt have a pcv valve installed after my b7 swap. i know what it does. Should i go ahead and put one on there? if i dont what would happen?

Leaving an open hole will let dust get into the engine, and stopping up the hole will build up pressure, so you should hook everything up properly.
