pcv valve and tachometer

Two questions- Where is the pcv valve located on a 1997 cx 1.6 litre sohc? What is the easiest way to connect a handheld tachometer? I have a multimeter with rpm capabilities. Somewhere inside the car would be great.

for question #1. if it's a d16y7... here's a picture out of the honda shop manual.

good image. in general, i think the pvc is always off of the intake manifold.
