will someone pleas help me i have a 1996 honda civic dx 4door and my horn dont work i tryed taking the horn out of a ford explorer and it didnt work so i took it out but now for some reaseon my car wont shift out of park and the brakes lights were working but now the arent please i need help fast this is my daily drive

 

Did it the brake light and transmission problem start out of no where or did something happen?

 

the fuse is blown under the dash, this fuse is connected to the brake lights and the horn. same thing happened to me
