Question Need help asap!!

Im thinking about buying this car. Let me know what you think. He said the engine has around 70K on it. I have the cash and i need to know if its worth it! http://miami.craigslist.org/brw/cto/827912435.html

Get it checked by a mechanic they'll be able to tell more then we ever will, and if he's a decent guy he'd let it be checked out.

Okay. On the phone he said the noise comes and goes but he said i shouldnt drive it home. idk what to do! I need it to run! lol

Personally warning lights would be going off about the rocker noise, and I wouldn't waste my time. Then again it's your money not mine. Take it to a mechanic before you buy it.

i dunno how much money you have to spend on it, but for that price it would make a great turbo kit + parts car if you bought it then swapped the kit into a different but same model civic and then you'd also have a car with parts you could take if something went wrong with the other one. altho thats assuming you have like another 2-5K to buy a different civic as well
