Default Plugs

Hmm, I thought this would be more simple, but which spark plugs would you recommend for a '96 Civic EX? This is a daily driver that my goal is very good gas mileage. Are there plugs that you don't have to gap, which I'm not familiar with. Working on the Civic is all new to me, but I love to learn! I'm also going to get new plug wires, prob a new distributor cap and rotor, as well as fuel filter and intake.

Thanks!!!!

Bosch Platinum - my favorite for my 88.
they now have a dual tip and a quad tip.
although i did not install either, i plan on using the dual tip next time. no need to gap the dual or quad tipped ones.
