I just bought a 2001 Honda Civic it won't go over 25 check engine light is on just replace the spark plugs and cool packs still will not go over 25 and bogs out at half throttle and full throttle any ideas

 

First thing to do is to get the code read. Basic OBDII scanners are not very expensive or you can get your check engine light read at most auto parts stores. Sounds like your car is in "limp mode". Once you get the DTC (diagnostic Trouble Code) read you should Google that along with "limp mode" and see what you come up with.
