plz point me in the right direction

yo what up i have a 97 4dr ls 5spd with the d16 and was wondering if anyone knew about doing a h22 or h23 swap???????????????????????? plz help

if you do a google search, you should find a ton of info. that's where I'd start; look for h22 swap
