Exclamation Power Steering Problem???

I have a 1997 EX 4dr. When I turn my wheels to the right, and turn them all the way, it starts to make this grinding creeking noise under my left side tire. I was told it was because my power steering fluid might be low, but I checked it and its at a normal level.

Does anyone know what other problems it may be?

inspect your cv axles, the rubber boots are probably torn, if so then you need to replace the cv axle

Try it with the engine off, if you still hear noises it is something else in the suspension; not the power steering.

If you hear it only while the car is moving and turned hard to one side, sort of a clicking / grinding noise, that's typically a CV joint like 94 said.
