The two bolts screw into the two tabs at the bottom of the window glass. Do you have those tabs properly aligned with the corresponding slots in the window regulator?

yea but mine slides over to the bigger opening causing it to come off....i dont have a bushing should i?!

see the picture you posted, where it says glass mounting bolt see how one side the hole is bigger my screw slides over to that and the screw fits in there so now its not attached to it

Position the window so that the loosened bolts are inserted into the large holes of the regulator (see diagram). Next, shimmy the window to the left so that the loosened bolts slide into the smaller grooves, and then tighten the bolts in that position.

ok i did it. but now i have a problem when i push the up button i hear loud snaps and it does not go up... its in the channels why is it not going up.

This suggests that the window regulator may be bad. Remove the window again, and then the regulator. Remove the motor from the regulator. I suspect that the regulator won't move freely in a scissor-like fashion. If so, you need to replace the regulator. Look here for a replacement:

everytime i try to go up it falls out of the channel the regulator looks fine is there a loose screw? i know im annoying haha.

Remove the regulator and test whether it is bad as I mentioned above.
