pressed trip button to zeros, now fuel, trip and milage dont move

pressed trip button to zeros, now fuel, trip and milage dont move
Pressed my trip button to get it to all zeros after I noticed the trip gauge, total mileage gauge and fuel gauge don't move. I have a 98 civic lx. I've taking the cluster out but nothing seems out of the ordinary. Any suggestions?
