ok, I'm new here so first i say to all . I have a huge problem ... I baught my Honda civic 1.6 16v 97' yesterday, and car is beautiful .. but... when i pass 6000 rpm the engine start to sound funny and don't want to go in 7500 rpm ... its stops at 6000 ... than i changed my sparks .. but the problem still remains...if anyone has some ideas .. tnx

 

What exactly does it sound like? Is it like a misfire, sputtering type sound?

 

could it be his tranny?
