Problem with parking

I just bought a new 2011 honda civic two months ago. My car rolls after pull on the handbreak and shift the gear to park. I park my car on a regular surface.

Then the hand brake isn't working, cars will all move a little due to slack in the drive train, but if you ar engaging the hand brake and is still slightly moving then your hand brake isn't functioning properly
