I would check the continuity of any ground wire in your dash harness especially relating to your dash lights to chasis ground. You should read very low resistance.

I would think if you had any issues around your alternator, your headlights would dim out with your dashlights.

yeah i got it fuse 15 was blow and i found the wire behind it was melted about 3 inches back from the fuse box so i replaced that section of wire and now it seems to be working fine i hope everything holds up... thanks for the help guys
