Question 1995 Honda Civic Dx

Hi I got a question and I was wondering if someone could please answer it for me.

Ok I have a 1995 Honda Civic Dx 2 door coupe the wheels are 14 inch my brother has a 2004 Honda civic 4 door. So ok i was wondering if it were possible to put his tires which are 15 inch on my car? if yes how can i do that?
