I'm looking into putting a cheap keyless entry system into my 98 Civic EX. I bought the car without the OEM stereo, and I'm not willing to spend $200+ to get another one. Pretty much I just want something that works.
In a couple of years I will probably invest in a viper alarm, but for now I just really want keyless entry.

Are there any potential horror stories for using cheap keyless entry? I can somehow see it randomly unlocking while I'm at school, or locking and not letting me get in.

Once again, I'm not looking for anything fancy, I just want it to work. I'm looking at these two:
