Questions
Ok, I have a 97 Civic Ex Sedan with about 74,000 miles on it. I've had it for about 3 months now. It's a good car and I like it...it starts every morning in the Wisconsin COLD weather...
Let me try to explain/ask my question....
When I run my heat it sounds like a vacuum cleaner...like a whining noise. Also, when I step on the gas it sounds like the heat blows harder. I also noticed that when I use my power windows my gauge lights will dim a little. Also, the windows go down nice and fast, but going up takes forever, almost like theres not enough power to get them back up....
Any thoughts on this from anybody would be appreciated....

You may have some leaves stuck in the blower motor -- pretty easy fix. Remove the glove box and three screws at the bottom of the blower motor. It should drop right down. Clean the leaves out and reinstall.
The electrical problem is probably your alternator, which may need to be replaced. Take your car to AutoZone where they will test the battery and alternator free of charge.
