Quick question. (what is this rubber part?)
Hello.
my car is 98 HX 2Dr A/T.
I got curious about this black rubber thing (marked with red arrow & circle in the attached picture; need to click the image at the bottom).
I put this part back after I cleaned the throttle/iacv (don't know how this part fell off).
Two quick questions.
1) What is this part and what does it do?
2) Did I put this part correctly?
