Default Radiator fan not working.

First off its a 98 EX D16Y8.

Heres the problem. Radiator sprung a leak, replaced radiator. Checked thermostat, its working fine. Check radiator fan relay, it working fine. Replaced radiator fan switch(one the thermostat housing). Still the radiator fan will not turn on. I drove it five miles then let it sit and idle for 20min. Still no fan. It 91 degrees out today. I am right that it should have turned on by now, or is it normal to run that cool?

Any help would be great.

Is your engine overheating? If the engine is overheating and your fan still doesn't turn on, then you have a problem. Go to the fan and check for voltage. Put the leads of the meter across the 2 wires on the connector. If the meter read 12V and the fan isn't on, your fan is no good. If the meter does not read 12V, the fan is not recieving any power and you need to find where the problem is. It could also be a wire that is broken causing your problem or a switch/sensor.

Sorry, I forgot to put that i have already checked the fan, and the fuse and both are working fine. No the car is not overheating. the temp. gauge moves up and stays about a quarter of the way up the dial. That is whats so weird, it was hot today, i ran the car hard for 5 miles and then let it idle and it never went over a quarter of the way. Any ideas?

If the car is not overheating, don't worry about it.
