Question Rear Tire noise

Anyone have suggestions on what to do about right rear tire noise. Alignment has been done, rear control arm bushings have been replaced. Compensator arm has been replace. Right rear bearing has been replaced. Shocks were done in 08. Moved front tires to rear after all work was done and still have rear tire noise. Keep wearing out right rear tire. Only thing I can think of is shock mount problem or was not aligned properly? Anyone have any ideas? Car is a 2000 civic ex. 267.800 miles in mint condition.
