Default Removing Bumper with fender trim

In order to remove the bumper on my '99 civic I have to remove this rubber trim (same color as the car) along the fenders (the trim lays over the tiny space in between the bumper and the fenders). It seems to be kind of glued, like it can come off, but I was wondering how would I re-stick it back on?

You shouldnt have to take that stuff off man, the bumper should come right off if you remove the correct screws.

No because the trim rubbber runs over the space between the bumper and the fender. I think I figured it out its just like double stick tape.

lol. Double stick tape keeps your bumper attached to the fender? Cool.
