Default replacing rear main during clutch replacement? @248K?

If I am going to be replacing my clutch/flywheel on my 96HX, is the rear main seal right behind the flywheel?

I have 248K on this car, is it a good idea to go ahead and do this now while I'm in there, or should "if it aint broke dont fix it" apply here?

I do have a small oil leak, about 1-2 quarter size drops on the ground overnight been like that for 20K so dont think it is rear main but since I'm going in there...

Anyone who has done this could you please give me any heads up/anything to expect? thanks
