Default Revs itself and cuts out and dies

My 98 civic hatchback has been sitting in my drive way for about 2 weeks because i haven't insured it yet. Anyways something was left on over night and the battery died completely. I boosted it and charged it over night. I turn it on the next day and it revs itself and cuts out and dies while in idle. Also it is running really really rich too. I went around the web but couldn't find really anything and im not mechanically adept so i have no idea whats going on........

thanks

The throttle body may be sticking open or the throttle cable may be adjusted too tightly.

For the stalling/dying, you might want to check the ICM in the distributor.
