right indicator stays on

i was installing projector lights with haloand somehow i messed it up..now thegreen right arrowindicator light on the dashboardstays on whenheadlights are on. the right indicators stay on (no blinking) when headlights are on.

also i need help connecting those halo rings once i fix the indicator problem. i have 95 civic ex coupe

please help..
