Default Rough at idle?, in D

I'm used to driving a 1987 Oldsmobile with a silky smooth running V-8. I'm trying to determine if the rough idle of this Civic is normal, or am I running on three cylinders.

I calculated the city gas mileage and I'm getting 21.

Engine seems to be rough at stop light, auto trans in drive.

Since I've just acquired this one, I'm not sure if a tune-up was done. Other than the replacing the sparkplugs, what else do I need to do. (And no, I don't mean Nitrous)

Also, I had a rattle that seemed to be coming from the dash, upon further inspection, the battery (clamp, harness) was so close to the firewall, the rough idle was making it whack up against it. I moved it away, and it's quiet for now.

Forgive me for being a newbie, but I have no choice in the matter.

might just need a basic tune up like cap/rotor/ spark plug wires. and some sea foam run through the car

No check engine light. Sea Foam? In another post I just had a bunch of guys tell me to only use Genuine Honda fluids. Is seafoam safe? Smoke????

I may go with the tune-up though.

Seafoam is really easy to use. Follow the DIY and you'll notice a huge difference in idle state.
