I've got a 2005 Honda Civic and the running lights won't go out. Fuse 7 under the hood will shut them off when pulled, but the fuse under the dash will not shut them off when pulled. Put a new turn signal/ headlight handle on but that didn't do anything....

Any ideas. Shorted out somewhere...
