So seafoam is something you just put in and forget about it? What is the difficulty level on something like that? You literally put it in the throttle body?

Seafoaming a motor is probably a 1 on the 1-10 difficulty scale. It's more intimidating than anything.

Ok, allow me to clarifty because if you just "pour it into the IM" theres a chance you could hydrolock your motor. If you look at the front/top of your intake manifold, you will see the rubber vacuum line that goes from the IM to the Fuel Pressure Regulator. Shown here in yellow...

Start the car, and then disconnect the end connected to the FPR. Your car will run crappy while this line is disconnected. Then, you take the cap of the sea foam bottom and put some of the seam foam in it. Just, just barely insert that end of the hose into the sea foam in the cap. Do not completey submerge the line or else the car will probably shut down on you. Just take it slow and suck the liquid into the IM. Once all the liquid from the cap is gone, reconnect the line to the FPR, and BAM, you're done

I know SeaFoam has a web site, perhaps that will give you some UK sources.
