Default Security System Problem

I have an issue with my security system not working anymore. It worked when I unlocked the car. I drove it home and then hit the keyless entry button to lock the car and set the security. But it never beeped that the security was on and the red light indicator isn't blinking when it's off. It did lock the doors though. When I received the car I didn't get the manual. (Which sucks)

I guess what I'm looking for is what fuse controls the security system (if that could be it) or is there some kind of way to reset the security system of the car so it works again. Maybe I disabled it somehow? I've been reading that there is a way to do it. But I'm not sure what I could have done to do this.

I have a stick 2003 Honda Civic Si.

Thanks!
