Having some problems with wiring... ?

This car hates the heat! It has had problems staying cool every summer for the past three years. Right about the time we solve the problem the weather starts to cool. We figure that because the car doesn't get hot anymore we've got the problem solved. Here is the cars cooling system history.

1. Had the A/C charged about 2wks ago (living in az)
2. Blew a hose on the way home from work in 112degree heat
3. Last weekend we replaced hose and bought a new 'heavy duty' radiator. (its about .75inches thicker than the normal one)
4. Car is overheating again!
5. We went over the wiring today.

Both fans (to the radiator and the a/c) will come on if we bypass the system and jump them manually. The relays and fuses are all good. Has anyone any had any sending unit problems? How about just general wiring issues with these little beasts?
