Does it only do it when your going fast and trying to shift quickly, or all the time?

Do you push the clutch all the way to the floor when you shift? You could also check the pedal adjustment to make sure it engages the clutch properly.

3rd gear syncro is probably bad/worn. Happens to a lot of hondas I think. Mine is the same way. Nothing to worry about really.

2-3 synchro and sleeve are probably shot. Happens a lot, not necessarily important to fix but you're going to have to do it sometime. If you've never opened a tranny before I suggest not doing it, you have to pull apart the entire countershaft in order to get to that sychro. Might as well as change the mainshaft and countershaft bearings while you're at it as well, as they're probably also going bad.

From a Honda dealer, you're looking at about ~$200 + labor.

Or you can buy a trans that you know is good and swap it in with a friend.
