i am buying a short shifter off ebay for my car, do i have to buy bushings for it or should it already come with bushings? and if it doesnt come with them...does any kind of bushing fit for it....its a cheap short shifer like 30 bucks or so

It will say whether or not it comes with bushings, usually they done. Check out Prothane Bushings
