after removing the oil pan on my 88 civic 1.5 liter, i later noticed that there were small spacers on the studs. they are about 1/4 inch in width, just enough to cover the part of the stud where there are no threads.
does anyone know if these need to be there.
i have 10 studs, but only bout 4 of the spacers. dont know if i lost them or what ?
