Default SOHC Valve removal and installation

Hey does anyone have a write up (detailed) on how to remove the valves and install them? What I would need and so on.
I know I would have to remove the whole valve train, cam, etc. Can someone out there help?

Thanks alot,
Brian

Pretty straightforward. Take all the bolts out and lift the rocker arm assembly off as a unit. Note that it will fall apart if you pull on the ends. Don't let that happen, remove it and set it aside as a unit. Now you can compress the valve springs and remove the keepers. A small magnet is good for handling the keepers but they still get lost way too easily.

You will need a valve compressor to compress the valve springs. You can rent one from autozone for free. Its pretty easy to use. There is one side with a hole on it, that goes on the valve spring size. The other side is solid, that goes on the valve. There is a lever on the side. Pull the lever the spring gets compressed. Take the keepers out. Release the lever. Valve will be free.
