Default spark plug being wierd

So i was just messin with my car today and i had it running with the hood open and i set my hand on the 3rd plug to the right and my hand on the rubber part and it was like vibrating/tickin just like the car is. i figured its just like that so i put my hand on the the other ones and they didnt do that. i pushed down a little bit on the 3rd one and it made a messed up noise. also i have noticed that it seems like the rubber part seems to pop out of place in the 3rd one and my car runs like crap.

my car also had a very dramatic drop in mpg all the sudden.

this thing never has an end to its problems

Sounds like you need to replace the plug wires.

Have you inspected the plugs, cap, and rotor?

Is the CEL ON?

What Ron said.

Be sure to properly grease the plug wires/boots, with dielectric grease when you're installing.

Check that the plug has a gasket in place and is screwed in properly. Leakage around the plug will build up pressure in the tube leading down through the head and pop the wire off. They can also leak where the ceramic meets the metal. It may be best to just replace the plug.
