No. All I did was call and tell the situation and ask if there was a way to recalibrate the speedometer and he said no, all they could do is replace the speedometer.

Good question though.

did you happen to get a price estimate on replacing it??? I've pulled out my cluster before to change the faces, do you think I'd be feasible to do the speedometer myself?

No, I didn't ask what it would cost. I'd have no clue what it would take to replace one. Sorry.

its very easy to replace actually because you need to replace the whole cluster i do believe.

the whole cluster? nope you rally only need that section that went bad...

very simple! afew like clips on the sides of the clear cover to pop it off and then just a few screws on the back of the cluster. very simple! just dont touch the needles or screws on the front of the gauges!
