I HAVE A 91 CIVIC 1.5 L 5SPD IT STARTS RIGHT UP BUT TRYING TO TAKE OFF IT JUST DONT GO UNTILL IT GET UP ON RPMS. I JUST CHANGED THE TIMING BELT DISTIBUTOR &\\; BOTTON.
IT IDLES FINE AND REVS UP FINE BUT WITH LOAD IT JUST DONT GO.

Is the ECU LED blinking any codes?
Have you checked the ignition timing with a timing gun? Did the problem start after changing timing belt? If so, the cam and crank may not be perfectly synchronized at TDC.
Are the plugs and plug wires relatively new?

I don't think he correctly aligned the cam and crank when he changed everything over. and the ignition components wouldn't cause a loss of power only under load if the problem only arose after the timing belt removal/installation.
EDIT: what about the tensioner, did you correctly install all of the components?

I HAVEN'T CHECKED THE ECU NOR THE IGNITION TIMING.YES THIS PROBLEM STARTED AFTER THE TIMING BELT. THE REASON FOR CHANGING THE TIMING BELT IT WAS SHUTTING OFF GOING DOWN THE ROAD FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS AND THEN WENT OUT TO GO TO WORK ON MONDAY AND IT WOULDN'T START. BUT DOES THE IGNITION TIMING GET BETTER AS THE RPM'S GO UP. AND THANKS FOR RESPONDING.

Here's how to determine whether the ECU is throwing a fault code:

To check the timing belt cam timing, remove the upper timing cover (you will have to lift the valve cover some because it hooks over the timing cover). Turn the crankshaft by hand to TDC, the plastic pointer on the lower timing cover points to the single notch in the pulley (not the group of 3 that are used to set spark timing). The "UP" mark on the cam pulley should be up. If not turn the crank exactly once around to TDC again. Always turn the crank counterclockwise. With the crank at TDC and "UP" up, the two lines on the side of the cam pulley should be horizontal and aligned with the top edge of the head. This need not be exact, it can only be set to within one belt tooth.
If it's not an ignition problem your car may also be starving for fuel. Try changing the fuel filter. The main fuel injector is not used at idle, only for power, so it could be clogged and cause the problem you have. I think it is the one in the top of the throttle body.
