Default Squeaking belts

There is a high pitched squeaky noise coming from the engine compartment of my 2004 Civic. This is most likely to happen right after the car is turned on after a long period of rest. The noise lasts for about 10-30 seconds, and then goes away. It sometimes come back for a few seconds when I brake.

My timing belt was changed about 2 years ago. I thought the noise is coming from the 2 aging drive belts and had them changed recently, but the noise remains. I'm not sure what's causing the noise. This is not a metallic sound, so a belt of some kind is likely causing it. Thanks for any help.
