i have a d15 with a d16z6 head. of course im going to need a d16z6 camshaft right? i have inteake header exhaust and cam gear. is it safe to put in stage 2 camshaft? i know i need new springs and retainers but whatelse would i need to put the cam in and run safely?

ps. ive searched the forum and couldnt really find anything related to my question

 

im not sure you can use the d16z6 head on a d15 block cause the pistions are way diffrent. If im wrong please someone correct me thanks

 

you can use a d16 head on a d15 block as long as the piston relief cutouts are there for 4 valves

 

so what about the question about the cams?
